SPECIAL MEETING

August 11, 2006

 

 

CALL TO ORDER

Vice Chairman Lerew called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.   The meeting was held at the Franklin Township Municipal Building, 150 Century Lane, Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania.

 

ROLL CALL

Present were Supervisors Donald Lerew, Naomi Decker, and Gary Brown.  Also present was Secretary Nancy Zentmeyer.   There were no guests or visitors.

 

AGENDA ITEM

Kensington Manor Preliminary Subdivision Plan, Time Extension

Vice Chairman Lerew stated that there is a time extension for Kensington Manor, Preliminary Subdivision Plan.   The action deadline for this plan is August 17, 2006 therefore, since the Board of Supervisors meeting has been changed from August 17th until August 24th this matter needed addressed.  A time extension letter had been received from Mr. Douglas Brehm, representative for this plan, dated November 24, 2006.

 

Motion:           Supervisor Decker made a motion to accept the time extension for Kensington Manor, Preliminary Subdivision Plan extended until November 24, 2006.  Seconded by Supervisor Brown.  The motion carried unanimously.

 

ADJOURNMENT

Motion:           Supervisor Brown made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:03 p.m.  Seconded by Supervisor Decker.  The motion carried unanimously.
