BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

March  25, 2005

 

CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Balsavage called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m.

 

ROLL CALL

Present were Supervisors Ed Balsavage, Larry Lambert, Don Lerew, John Shambaugh.

 

Supervisors entered executive session to discuss personnel matters.

 

Out of executive session at 9:46 a.m.

 

Motion by Ed Balsavage to install Dutch doors into offices by Roadmaster; seconded by Don Lerew.  Motion carried by unanimous vote.

 

Ed Balsavage made a motion to have Supervisor Lambert meet with the office staff to coordinate schedules and duties during the transition period.  Motion seconded by John Shambaugh.  Motion carried by unanimous vote.

 

Ed Balsavage made a motion to approve attendance and payment of the following workshops:

Supervisor Lambert – Zoning Workshop (York County)

Supervisor Shambaugh – Environmental Concerns for Local Government

Motion carried by unanimous vote.

 

Ed Balsavage made a motion seconded by Don Lerew to advertise the position of Secretary.  Motion carried by unanimous vote.

 

Larry Lambert made a motion seconded by Don Lerew to meet at Ponderosa Park on April 8, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. to review conditions at the park.  Motion carried by unanimous vote.

The secretary was directed to advertise the meeting as required.

 

Don Lerew made a motion seconded by Larry Lambert to rescind the life insurance benefit for employees.  Motion carried by unanimous vote.

 

Don Lerew made a motion seconded by Larry Lambert to adjourn.  Meeting was adjourned at 10:14 a.m.
